S.A.G. Solarstrom AG initiates search for investors
Freiburg i. Br., February 13, 2014. As part of the planned restructuring
process, S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security identification number: 702
100, ISIN: DE0007021008) has instructed the international strategy
consultancy Roland Berger Strategy Consultants to organize and support an
investor process with regard to a commitment to S.A.G. Solarstrom AG on a
national and international basis. The order was placed in agreement with
the temporary trustee Dr. Jörg Nerlich from the lawyers' offices of Görg,
Cologne, and the temporary creditor committee.
The goal is to address strategic investors whose commitment would enable
the continued operation of the company with its present structure.
