Fishtrack.com Presents Titans of Big Game Fishing

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Feb. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fishtrack.com is proud to present the Titans of Big Game Fishing Roundtable, an interactive / live audience discussion featuring three top deep sea fishing captains from around the world. The live event will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14^th on the main stage in the Big Game Room at the Miami International Boat Show.

During this one-hour, town hall-style talk the panel of speakers will field a range of questions related to various topics of offshore fishing. The talk will include tips on trolling, finding game fish, bait management, boat maintenance and seamanship. The live audience will be able to ask questions during the roundtable discussion and those who can't attend the talk can still participate via Fishtrack's Twitter feed (@FishTrack) and Facebook (Facebook.com/FishTrack). Anyone can send the Titans of Sportfishing a question via social media using the hash tag #fishingtitans.
 
The Titans of Big Game Fishing brings together three top captains from various hot spots around the world to shed some light on how they find fish, and the tactics they use to catch them.
 
Speakers:
 
Capt. Brad Philipps — One of the most prolific captains in the game, Brad has more than 25,000 billfish releases to his credit, most of them in Guatemala. He's won The Billfish Foundation's Top Release Captain of the Year Award 11 times. He was also named one of Marlin Magazine's Top Captains.
 
Capt. Bouncer Smith — This South Florida-based captain is experienced in all facets of sport fishing from tarpon fishing to catching swords. As a tournament captain, Bouncer has tallied a long list of wins. If you are looking to catch world records, or place in a Florida sailfish tournament, Bouncer is the guy you want to fish with. He has taught thousands of anglers how to fish more effectively and enjoys sharing his love of the ocean and fishing with kids and adults, from novice anglers up through the pros.
 
Capt. Peter Bristow — Peter Bristow is a seasoned heavy-tackle expert with more than 45 years experience. He has landed more than 50 marlin over 1,000 pounds and started fishing Australia's Great Barrier Reef in 1968. In the mid-1990s he moved his operation to Madeira in the Atlantic, where he specialized in finding giant blue marlin.
 
Together, the speakers making up the Titans of Big Game Fishing have more than 100 years of experience running boats, winning tournaments and setting world records.
