Telescan AS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham Lindsay Crawford as a new Management Board member. Mr Crawford has had a long and distinguished carrier in medical device innovation and technology transfer. For the last 7 years he has been a Managing Director of Technology Catalysts International in Europe. Prior to this he worked with Unilever, Smith & Nephew, and Smith Industries.
Mr Crawford is replacing Mr Simon Ashley Ward in the Management Board of Telescan AS who has been recalled by the Supervisory Board of Telescan AS. Mr Ward will be taking up a key role in managing a planned overseas development operation on behalf of Telescan's global franchise network.
Mr Crawford does not own any shares of Telescan AS.
