Correction of announcement dated October 19, 2006
With letter dated February 13, 2014, Fidelity Management & Research
Company, Boston, USA, provided to us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of
the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) following correction announcement:
'The voting rights of Fidelity Management & Research Company in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft (formerly: IWKA Aktiengesellschaft), ZugspritzstraÃe
140, 86165 Augsburg, Germany, ISIN DE 0006204407, exceeded the thresholds
of 3% and 5% on October 11, 2006 and on that day amounted to 5.22%
(1,388,520 voting rights). Hereof, 5.22% (1,388,520 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). The voting rights attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company are held by the following shareholder that holds directly
3% voting rights or more: Fidelity Advisor Series VIII.'
