Correction of announcement dated October 31, 2007

With letter dated February 13, 2014, FMR LLC, Boston, USA, provided to us
in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) following correction announcement:

'The voting rights of FMR LLC in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspritzstraße
140, 86165 Augsburg, Germany, ISIN DE 0006204407, fell below the threshold
of 5% on October 16, 2007 and on that day amounted to 4.89% (1,301,507
voting rights). Hereof, 4.89% (1,301,507 voting rights) are attributed
pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). The voting rights attributed to FMR
LLC are held by the following shareholder that holds directly 3% voting
rights or more: Fidelity Advisor Series VIII.'
