This was added due to an experienced exponential growth within the Asian and Australian markets which currently account for an increasing material percentage of SkinPro's overall revenues. Historically, overseas order fulfillment has proved to be a cumbersome experience for customers as all orders worldwide have shipped from SkinPro's warehouse located in Florida.
With the addition of the Australian warehouse, all shipments to any part of continental Australia or any Asian destination use Priority S ("Standard") or Priority R ("Registered") service and are normally delivered within 2-4 days, depending on the precise destination. Priority E ("Express") and Priority P ("Premium") are delivered next day within the network, and 2 days for remote Australian destinations. For international orders outside of Australia to Asian countries, the new facility ships via Express Courier International Platinum 1-2 day service, Express Courier International 2-4 day service and Express Post International 3-7 day service.
International order fulfillment warehouses are currently being established in Canada, which expects to go online at some point during Q1 2014 and the EU. This streamlined shipping initiative is expected to improve both overall margins and revenues for SkinPro's international division. Future financial reports beginning in 2015 will break down sales by international region and their associated gross margins, thus allowing SkinPro to collect valuable operational data that will help guide their international distribution initiative which began its rollout in early 2013.
