Our company has received the following notification pursuant to section 21
para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz -
WpHG):

Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg
On February 12, 2014, the stake of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
SARL in the voting rights in NORMA Group SE fell below the threshold of 5 %
and amounted to 4.98 % (1,585,678 voting rights).

4.98 % (1,585,678 voting rights) of these are attributed to Threadneedle
Asset Management Holdings SARL, in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
SARL from the following shareholder, holding each 3 % or more of the voting
rights in NORMA Group SE:
* Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC
