Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.02% (this corresponds to
2135900 Voting Rights).

sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2, WpHG (German Securities

threshold of the Voting Rights on February 14, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.85% (this corresponds to 2047500 Voting Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
