Establishment of subsidiary of Apranga APB in Estonia

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-02-18 09:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apranga APB established the 17^th of its subsidiary Apranga MDE OU, which will operate Massimo Dutti stores in Estonia under agreement with Inditex. The established company has share capital of EUR 2.5 thousand.

First Massimo Dutti store opening in Tallinn is expected in May 2014 in shopping center Viru Keskus.

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
