Extension of bridge financing


In the context of continuing discussions and negotiations regarding the terms of
a potential long-term financing solution for the Dannemora group, a short
extension to the maturity date of the 21 MSEK bridge financing obtained by
Dannemora Magnetit AB, a subsidiary of Dannemora Mineral AB, from 19 February
2014 to 28 February 2014 has been agreed. Dannemora Magnetit AB has requested
the bondholders to approve further drawdowns under the bridge financing and a
formal approval is expected to be taken in the bondholders' meeting scheduled
for 25 February 2014.

The Company's independent qualified person is mining engineer Thomas Lindholm,

mining and estimation of mineral resources of iron, base and precious metals.
