informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
proportion of voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim
an der Ruhr, Germany, has fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting
rights on February 12, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this
corresponds to 1,541,452 voting rights).
