Helsinki, 19.2.2014, at 16.00 - The prospectus, including the exchange-traded
funds Nordea Global Emerging Markets Equities UCITS ETF and Nordea Stable
Equities UCITS ETF, has been updated as per 19.2.2014.

The amended fund rules of the exchange-traded UCITS ETFs enter into force on
19.2.2014, and the prospectus has been updated accordingly.
