Based on preliminary results for its financial year 2013 Landesbank
Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) will be able to make a full recovery of
distributions omitted in the years 2009 to 2011 in an amount of 239 m EUR
which were not already recovered in the previous year. A partial recovery
of 40.8% of the omitted distributions was last made with the results for
its financial year 2012. In addition, for the financial year 2013 a regular
payment of distributions on silent partner contributions and profit
participation certificates will be made.

Changes in these results with a corresponding effect on regular
distributions and on the recovery of omitted distributions may still occur
during the adjustment period, which ends in March 2014. Accordingly, a
binding statement on regular distributions and/or recovery of omitted
distributions cannot be made until after the balance sheet has been
approved by end of March.
