On November 12, 2013, the Company published a press release informing that the Company was planning to conduct a reverse acquisition of Modern Ekonomi Sverige AB and sell the existing operations, and with this change the Company’s business focus.
A company description about the new company’s structure has been presented which is in accordance with the requirements in the First North Rulebook.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Modern Ekonomi Sverige Holding AB former Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (ME, ISIN-code SE0001849605 and order book-ID 37031) shall be removed. The observation status for the shares will be removed with effect from February 24, 2014.
