Citycon Oyj's combined Annual and Sustainability Report 2013 has been published in Finnish and English today. The report also includes the Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors for the financial year 2013, published on 5 February 2014.

The theme of Citycon’s Annual and Sustainability Report 2013 is ‘One Citycon’. We made special effort to build on standardisation and harmonisation of Citycon competences and best practices. The year was characterised by strengthening the Citycon quality brand and hospitality of the centres.

Citycon’s sustainability reporting describes the company’s economic, social and environmental responsibility with respect to its various stakeholders. In its sustainability reporting Citycon applies the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) Construction and Real Estate Sector Supplement (CRESS) recommendations including guidelines on the content of sustainability reporting and reporting principles. In the reporting of environmental responsibility Citycon applies also EPRA’s Best Practices Recommendations on Sustainability Reporting.
