(Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a medical device company that provides physician-inspired solutions for patients with spinal disorders, announced today that it is postponing the release of its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 and the conference call to discuss the results, both of which were originally scheduled for February 27th, 2014. The Company will now release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 financial results on Monday, March 17th, 2014 after the close of the market. Details related to this call are outlined below.
