Autoliv’s 2013 Annual Report Available

(Stockholm, February 21, 2014) – – – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has
filed its Form 10-K, which includes the Company’s 2013 Annual Report, with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Form 10-K, including the Annual
Report, is available at the SEC Edgar website: www.sec.gov.

The Annual Report is also available in a reader-friendly, downloadable pdf
-version (including graphs and other illustrations) at Autoliv’s corporate

Proxy Materials
Hard copies of the Annual Report and the proxy will be available beginning March
24, as will other documents for the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders,
and can be requested on-line at the Company’s website.

Stockholders of Autoliv, Inc. on the record date, March 10, 2014, will be
entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting, which will be
held on May 6, 2014 in Chicago.

The Company intends to mail the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy
Materials to stockholders beginning on or after March 24, 2014. This notice will
include instructions on how to access the proxy materials electronically or how
to request hard copies of the proxy materials.
