Ad Hoc News:  Unaudited preliminary figures 2013 and guidance 2014:
Turnaround confirmed, further growth in revenue and profit expected for
2014

Eindhoven, February 24, 2014 - Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider
for the digital media and entertainment industry, is pleased to announce
significant trading progress in fiscal year 2013 and expects further
improvement in 2014. Unaudited, preliminary figures for 2013 are:

*    Revenue for fiscal year 2013 expected to exceed EUR 28.5m (2012: EUR
27.0m).

*    Subsidiaries Kuju and Testronic Labs are both profitable in 2013
resulting in a group     operating profit of not less than EUR 2.0m (EBIT).
This represents a significant improvement compared to the 2012 EBIT of EUR
800k.

*   Strong operating cash flow has enabled Catalis to repay more than EUR
2.0m of bank debt, reducing bank debt to EUR 7.1m at year end 2013 (2012:
EUR 9.1m).

After confirming the company's turnaround in 2013, Catalis expects further
revenue and profit growth in 2014 as follows:

*    Expected revenue for fiscal year 2014 of not less than EUR 31.0m

*    Expected EBIT for fiscal year 2014 of not less than EUR 2.5m
