Vilnius, Lithuania, 2014-02-24 19:25 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 24 February 2014, the Supervisory Board of Litgrid AB (legal entity code: 302564383, legal form: public limited liability company, registered office address: A. Juozapavičiaus g. 13, Vilnius, Vilnius City Municipality, Republic of Lithuania, data on the company being collected and stored in the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, Vilnius Branch, Legal Entities’ Registration Division) adopted a decision to appoint three members to the company’s Audit Committee, two of them being independent members:
1. To appoint Aušra Pranckaitytė as an independent member. Ms. Pranckaitytė has a considerable experience in internal auditing and financial management. Since 2011, she has been managing the private limited liability company Vidaus audito konsultacijos.
2. To appoint Rima Kvietkauskaitė as an independent member. Ms. Kvietkauskaitė has a considerable experience in auditing. She has been currently holding the position of the Manager of Finance at UAB Baltic blues.
3. To appoint Ana Tursienė, administration employee of Litgrid AB, not holding any managerial position, as a third member. She has been currently working as a financial analyst.
The term of office of the Audit Committee coincides with the term of office of the company’s Supervisory Board which approves the composition of the Audit Committee.
