On 21 February 2014 UAB EPSO-G acquired 31,575,724 (thirty one million five hundred seventy five thousand seven hundred twenty four) ordinary registered non-certificated shares of the Issuer, granting 17.7% of votes in the general shareholders meeting of the Issuer.
