FORT LEE, N.J., Feb. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, announced that its board of directors, on February 25, 2014, declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 7, 2014.
