George brings diverse and deep industry experience to CFEngine. Across a career spanning 30 years, he has held leadership roles in software development, product management, technical sales, and professional services. His focus areas have remained software development lifecycle tools and more recently data center automation software. Prior to CFEngine George was the Head of Strategic Solutions at Chef Software, where he was responsible for leading technical sales opportunities and strategic partnerships. Before Chef George led product management and field sales positions at BMC and BladeLogic. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a MS in Computer Science from Oregon Graduate Institute.
