Changed Number of Shares and Votes in SEMAFO

As a result of the exercise of options, the total number of shares and votes in the Corporation has changed during February as follows.

The number of shares has increased by 205,000 common shares, and the total number of shares in the Corporation as of February 28, 2014 amounts to 274,971,685 common shares. The total number of votes in the Corporation has increased by 205,000 and amounts to 274,971,685. The Corporation’s share capital as of February 28, 2014 amounts to approximately SEK 7,399,488,043.
