S.A.G. Solarstrom AG / Key word(s): Disposal 01.03.2014 10:33 Dissemination of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by DGAP - a company of EQS Group AG. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- S.A.G. Solarstrom AG successfully concludes sale of its largest German project Freiburg i. Br., February 28, 2014. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg i. Br., today successfully concluded the sale of the Jüterbog project. The S.A.G. Solarstrom Group will receive an amount in the low double-digit million range from the sale, which will be used to repay the project-related bridging loan from the Deutsche Bank. The Solarpark Arneburg GmbH & Co. KG, with a total output of 10.1 MWp, has been sold to an institutional investor together with three other solar parks. The conclusion of sale with the legal transfer and cash flow, however, was delayed in this and in other German projects due to the insolvency of a component supplier and several service providers. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG thus did not receive an amount in the high single-digit million range from the closing of the German projects in November and December 2013 as expected. With the successful conclusion of sale of the Jüterbog project, the largest individual project of the German projects mentioned, S.A.G. Solarstrom AG has repaid the greater portion of the project-related bridging loan for these projects, so that S.A.G. Solarstrom AG will now receive funds in the high single-digit million range from the expected remaining conclusions of sale over the second quarter. Contact: S.A.G.
