Brochette Express Launches Handy Tool for Kabob Preparation

Kitchen and Grilling Product Facilitates the Process of Preparing Food to Cook on Skewers

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2014) - Preparing skewers is now a faster, easier process, thanks to the launch of a new product, Brochette Express. The kitchen tool, made entirely in the U.S., lowers the amount of time required to prepare kabobs, known as brochettes in French, to only a few minutes, with less mess created and less effort expended than traditional methods. The Brochette Express can prepare meat, fruit, vegetable or vegetarian skewers.

The product was developed over four years after the creators were inspired to look for a more efficient way to create a large number of kabobs for grilling at social gatherings. After the development of several prototypes, the result was a simple, sleek design intended to maximize ease of use, speed and durability. The product combines all aspects of creating the perfect kabob from stacking contents, inserting skewers and cutting the pieces that then create 16 kabobs ready for the grill.

"The creation of the Brochette Express is the culmination of a process that took several years from conception to production," said Constantino Trimarchi, co-creator of the Brochette Express. "We wanted to create something that would allow people to spend more time with their family rather than in the kitchen and ultimately focus on the delicious food prepared."

A Kickstarter campaign for the Brochette Express also launched today with an overall goal to raise $30,000. Each person who pledges at least $30 will receive a Brochette Express with complementary skewers included. Once the campaign ends, orders will also be taken through the company website at http://brochetteexpress.com/.
