Tikkurila Oyj has published, in Finnish and in English, the 2013 Annual Report
and Financial Statements, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement in
accordance with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. The Annual Report has
been published at www.tikkurilagroup.com/annualreport_2013. The electronic
Annual Report for 2013 contains the Business Review and the assured Corporate
Responsibility Report. Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and
the summarized version of the Annual Report (Tikkurila 2013) have been published
in pdf format. The files are available at
www.tikkurilagroup.com/annualreport_2013, and they are also attached to this
release.

Tikkurila 2013 publication will be automatically mailed during week 12 to all
shareholders holding at least 1,000 Tikkurila shares.
