Publication of Notification pursuant to Sec. 27a para. 2 WpHG 
in connection with Sec. 26 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG

On 28 February 2014 HairGroup AG, Wolfsburg, Germany, has notified us of
the pursued aims underlying the notified acquisition of the voting rights
and the origin of the funds used for the acquisition pursuant to section
27a para. 1 WpHG as follows:

1. The acquisition of the voting rights of ESSANELLE HAIR GROUP AG has been
made to implement strategic objectives. From a strategic point of view the
implementation of a merger squeeze-out pursuant to Sec. 62 UmwG in
connection with Sec. 327a ff. AktG for the purpose of the exclusion of the
minority shareholders of ESSANELLE HAIR GROUP AG and a merger of ESSANELLE
HAIR GROUP AG with HairGroup AG is planned as already pointed out in the
request sent on 10 February 2014.

2. If the merger squeeze-out as announced in the request sent on 10
February 2014 is resolved by the shareholders' meeting of ESSANELLE HAIR
GROUP AG, all assets and liabilities of ESSANELLE HAIR GROUP AG will be
transferred to HairGroup AG after the execution of the squeeze-out and the
merger.

3. At the moment, HairGroup AG does not aim at exerting an influence on the
appointment and removal of members of the administrative-, managing- or
supervisory body of ESSANELLE HAIR GROUP AG.

4. At the moment, HairGroup AG does not aim at achieving a material change
in the capital structure of ESSANELLE HAIR GROUP AG, in particular in view
of the ratio between equity- and debt financing and the dividend policy.

5. HairGroup AG only used own funds for the financing of the acquisition of
the shares.
