Bloomin' Brands Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering of Common Stock


TAMPA, Fla., March 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bloomin' Brands, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq:BLMN) announced the pricing of a secondary public offering of 18 million shares of the Company's common stock at a public offering price of $24.50 per share. All of the shares are being offered by certain stockholders of the Company. The offering is expected to close on March 10, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.7 million shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.
