COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
On 5 March 2014 the Board of Directors authorized and resolved, pursuant to
article 5 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the payment of an
extraordinary dividend to the shareholders of the Company. Based on the profit
for H1 2013/14, a dividend of DKK 5.90 per eligible share is to be distributed
which corresponds to a total dividend of DKK 100 million.
Dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of record as at 13 March 2014,
meaning that all transactions executed at the close of business on 10 March
2014 will be cum dividend. The dividend to the shareholder is payable on 18
March 2014.
