1. On 03 March 2014 WA Holdings, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the
threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights) are attributable to WA
Holdings, Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.

2. On 03 March 2014 Wasatch Advisors, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, USA has
notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights) are attributable to
Wasatch Advisors, Inc. according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6
WpHG.

notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 its
voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights). These
voting rights of 2.99 % (3,692,091 voting rights) are attributable to
Wasatch Funds Trust according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.
