We are very pleased to announce that Jakob Thyregod has been appointed Corporate HR Director of Solar A/S. He will take up the position on 1 April 2014 when he will also join our management team.
Jakob Thyregod, a 41-year-old Dane, is currently Senior HR Director with Danfoss A/S.
Jakob Thyregod began his career with the Danish Defence Command, where he worked his way up to a position as an officer in the Danish army special forces before leaving. He has since held positions that include Regional HR Director at Danfoss and HR Director at Svendborg Brakes.
Jakob Thyregod holds a Master in organisational psychology (MPO), trained as an officer with the Danish Defence Command and is an executive coach.
