Ms. Pennypacker applies 20 years of proposal and business development experience as she pursues business growth for PSI in federal, civil, defense and security sectors. She is positioned to play a critical role in the continued success of the company's current and future contracts.

Ms. Pennypacker holds a Masters of Science degree in information and telecommunications systems from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in history from Northwestern University.
