The Annual General Meeting of Auriga Industries A/S will be held on
Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 2 pm CET
at the Company’s offices, Thyborønvej 78, 7673 Harboøre, Denmark.

- Agenda including the proposals to amend the Articles of Association.
