1. On 03 March 2014 Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt a. Main,
Germany has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February
2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany went above
the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % and amounted to 9.12 % (11,260,791 voting
rights). Of these voting rights of 9.12 % (11,260,791 voting rights) 0.01 %
(11,050 voting rights) are attributable to Commerzbank AG according to sec
22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6.

2. On 03 March 2014 Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt a. Main,
Germany has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 28 February
2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany fell below
the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % and amounted to 0.04 % (48,150 voting
rights). Of these voting rights of 0.04 % (48,150 voting rights) 0.01 %
(11.050 voting rights) are attributable to Commerzbank AG according to sec
22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6.
