Tiina Pulli appointed Innofactor’s CFO

Innofactor’s Board of directors has appointed Tiina Pulli as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Innofactor Plc from May 1, 2014. Pulli will join the company already earlier to familiarize herself with Innofactor’s operations. Tiina Pulli will be a member of Innofactor Executive Board and report to Sami Ensio, President and CEO of Innofactor Plc.

Tiina Pulli has versatile experience in finance and control from large Finnish corporations such as Itella, Elisa, Radiolinja, Fortum and Neste. Most recently, Pulli was CFO in Itella Oyj and Itella Real Estate Oy. Also, she has board membership experience from Nesteco-companies and Ecosite Oy. Tiina Pulli holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, and she is born in 1965.

As announced earlier, Innofactor’s current CFO Mikko Karvinen will continue in his role until April 30, 2014, after which Tiina Pulli moves to the role.
