Stanley Capital Management LLC, Wilmington/Delaware, USA and Morgan
Stanley, Wilmington/Delaware, USA notified us pursuant to section 25a WpHG
of the following:
1) On February 28, 2014, Morgan Stanley Domestic Holdings Inc. fell below
the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany and held 0.00% of the
voting rights in RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0 voting rights).
On that date, Morgan Stanley Domestic Holding Inc. held a proportion of
4.76% (equals 6,584,530) in RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG based on voting rights
pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG. In addition, Morgan Stanley Domestic
Holding Inc. held a proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149 voting rights) based
on (financial/other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG, of which a
proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149 voting rights) is held indirectly, and a
proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) based on (financial/other)
instruments pursuant to section 25a WpHG.
2) On February 28, 2014, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC fell below
the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany and held 0.00% of the
voting rights in RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0 voting rights).
On that date, Morgan Stanley Capital Management LLC held a proportion of
4.76% (equals 6,584,530) in RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG based on voting rights
pursuant to sections 21, 22 WpHG. In addition, Morgan Stanley Capital
Management LLC held a proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149 voting rights)
based on (financial/other) instruments pursuant to section 25 WpHG, of
which a proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149 voting rights) is held
indirectly, and a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) based on

3) On February 28, 2014, Morgan Stanley fell below the threshold of 5% of
the voting rights of RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany and held 0.00% of the voting rights in
RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 0 voting rights).
On that date, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of 4.88% (equals 6,744,530)
in RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG based on voting rights pursuant to sections 21, 22
WpHG. In addition, Morgan Stanley held a proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149
voting rights) based on (financial/other) instruments pursuant to section
25 WpHG, of which a proportion of 0.04% (equals 50,149 voting rights) is
held indirectly, and a proportion of 0.00% (equals 0 voting rights) based
