On March 07, 2014, Mr Victor Khosla, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on March 06, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this
corresponds to 737320 Voting Rights).
4.95% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 737320 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Khosla in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
