Zygo Receives Support Order for Laser Fusion Amplifiers


MIDDLEFIELD, Conn., March 10, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zygo Corporation (Nasdaq:ZIGO), a worldwide supplier of optical metrology instruments and high precision optical systems, today announced that its Optical Systems Division has been awarded a $1.4 million contract for meter class Laser Fusion Amplifiers from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The order is part of an operational spares program for the National Ignition Facility (NIF) located in Livermore California.
