Implementing its business strategy after taking over part of Ūkio bankas' assets and liabilities Šiaulių bankas AB concluded transactions regarding sales of part of Šiaulių bankas' real estate in order to turn non-banking assets into the assets generating income and, thus, to increase the profitability of the bank's performance.
The total value of the transactions is LTL 20 million (without VAT), while the price of the real estate objects is close to the value established during the transfer.
