Alliance Oil continues to expand its downstream marketing operations in the Russian Far East and has acquired approximately 75.5% of the shares in OJSC “Kamchatnefteproduct” and 100% of the shares in LLC “Solnechniy Veter”. Kamchatnefteproduct has two oil product terminals and 18 gas stations and Solnechniy Veter owns an aircraft fueling station located on the Kamchatka peninsula.
The transaction has been approved by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Commission.
