Correction of the releases of notifications of voting rights according to
Sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG dated 28 February 2014

1) On February 26, 2014, Stichting Shares Itom Investment, Amsterdam,
Niederlande has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 25, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds to 10536434 Voting Rights).

22.05% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3284517 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Itom Investment S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

48.68% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7251917 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar, Solar
Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Bonn, Deutschland.

2) On February 26, 2014, Itom Investment S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the
50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 25, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds to 10536434 Voting Rights).

48.68% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7251917 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Qatar Solar S.P.C, Doha, Qatar, Solar Holding
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Bonn, Deutschland.

3) On February 26, 2014, Mr Dr.-Ing. E. h. Frank Asbeck, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on
February 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds to
10536434 Voting Rights).

19.50% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2904720 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Asbeck in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Solar
Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Bonn, Deutschland.

51.05% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7604357 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Asbeck in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar, Itom
Investment S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

4) On February 26, 2014, Solar Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Bonn,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the
Voting Rights on February 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to 70.73% (this
corresponds to 10536434 Voting Rights).

51.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7631714 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Itom Investment S.à r.l., Luxemburg,
Luxemburg, Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar

5) On February 26, 2014, Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%,
15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 25,
2014 and on that day amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds to 10536434
Voting Rights).

41.73% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6216594 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Solar Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH,
Bonn, Deutschland and Itom Investment S.à r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

6) On February 26, 2014, Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and
Community Development, Doha, Qatar has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG,
Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and
50% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 25, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds to 10536434 Voting Rights).

29.00% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4319840 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar.

41.73% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6216594 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
following shareholders, whose share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG
amounts to 3 percent or more: Solar Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH,

7) On February 26, 2014, the state of Qatar, acting through the Qatar
Foundation for Education, Science and Community Developement, Doha, Qatar
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on SolarWorld AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the Voting Rights
on February 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to 70.73% (this corresponds
to 10536434 Voting Rights).

29.00% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4319840 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in SolarWorld AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, Doha,
Qatar, Qatar Solar S.P.C., Doha, Qatar.

41.73% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6216594 Voting Rights) are
