On March 10, 2014, Stationway Properties Limited, Mahe, Republic of
Seychelles has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ORCO Germany S.A., Luxembourg,
Großherzogtum Luxemburg, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of
the Voting Rights on March 05, 2014 and on that day amounted to 18.18%
(this corresponds to 76600000 Voting Rights).
