On March 10, 2014, ORCO PROPERTY GROUP S.A., Luxemburg, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ORCO Germany S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum
Luxemburg, have fallen below the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on
March 05, 2014 and on that day amounted to 47.85% (this corresponds to
201571194 Voting Rights).
2.74% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 11531259 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
