Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and section 2 of the Executive Order on Major Shareholders, today A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S has been informed that the Estate of Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller has sold its shareholding in the Company and thereby reduced the shareholding to 0%.
