1. On 11 March 2014, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership, Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27
February 2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany
decreased below the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638
voting rights). These voting rights of 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are
attributable to Artisan Partners Limited Partnership according to sec 22,
para 1, sentence 1, number 6 WPHG.

2. On 11 March 2014 Artisan Investments GP LLC, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014
its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below
the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights).
These voting rights of 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are attributable to
Artisan Investments GP LLC according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number
6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.

3. On 11 March 2014 Artisan Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014
its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below
the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights).
These voting rights of 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are attributable to
Artisan Partners Holdings LP according to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1,
number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.

4. On 11 March 2014 Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc., Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27
February 2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany
decreased below the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638
voting rights). These voting rights of 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are
attributable to Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc., according to sec
22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.

5. On 11 March 2014 Artisan Investment Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
USA has notified us pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February
2014 its voting rights in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased
below the threshold of 3 % and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting
rights). These voting rights of 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are
attributable to Artisan Investment Corporation, according to sec 22, para
1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3 WpHG.

6. On 11 March 2014 ZFIC, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA has notified us
pursuant to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 its voting rights
in Wirecard AG, Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the threshold of 3
% and amounted to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights). These voting rights of
2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights) are attributable to ZFIC, Inc., according
to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3
WpHG.

7. On 11 March 2014 Andrew A. Ziegler, USA has notified us pursuant to sec
21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 his voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the threshold of 3 % and amounted
to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights). These voting rights of 2.80 %
(3,455,638 voting rights) were attributable to Andrew A. Ziegler according
to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3
WpHG.

8. On 11 March 2014 Carlene M. Ziegler, USA has notified us pursuant to sec
21 para. 1 WpHG that on 27 February 2014 her voting rights in Wirecard AG,
Aschheim/Munich, Germany decreased below the threshold of 3 % and amounted
to 2.80 % (3,455,638 voting rights). These voting rights of 2.80 %
(3,455,638 voting rights) were attributable to Carlene M. Ziegler according
to sec 22, para 1, sentence 1, number 6 in connection with sentence 2 and 3
WpHG.
