In this role, Atassi will oversee Cognosante's products and services in supporting basic and applied biomedical research through the use of computational, cognitive, and management sciences. Applying advanced analytical methods and innovative technologies to clinical and non-clinical datasets, Cognosante is working with public- and private-sector clients to unlock the hidden value in health data.
Throughout his 20-year career, Mr. Atassi has held numerous leadership roles, with a primary focus on using technology as an enabler to success. Before joining Cognosante, Atassi was a Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, where he oversaw all programs at the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration. In 2005, Atassi was the recipient of the Northrop Grumman's President Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Atassi served as Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led large-scale data warehousing and analytics programs in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
