Wilshire Bancorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 67% to $0.05 Per Share


LOS ANGELES, March 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:WIBC), the parent company of Wilshire Bank, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of March 31, 2014, payable on April 15, 2014. The $0.05 per common share dividend represents a 67% increase from the dividend of $0.03 per common share paid in the prior quarter.
