Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options
Between 30 November 2013 and 28 February 2014 a total of 31 617 shares have been subscribed with the 2008C stock options (FI4000062229). As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Affecto’s shares will increase to 22 350 221.
The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 14 March 2014. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 17 March 2014.
