Danske Bank issues steepener notes

Danske Bank has decided to issue steepener notes linked to the 10- and 2-year swap rate in Swedish Kronor. The notes are designated “DB Kurvestejler 2019” (ISIN SE0005794872).

The subscription period runs from 17 March 2014 to 4 April 2014 (both days included). Danske Bank may close the subscription before expiry of the subscription period.

The notes are denominated in Swedish Kronor, are issued at a price of 99.70 and will be redeemed at par at maturity on 9 April 2019. The steepener-linked payment will take place on the maturity date.

The leverage will be determined no later than the trade date on the basis of market conditions and will be specified in the Applicable Final Terms. If the leverage cannot be fixed at 1250% or higher, the issue will be cancelled. If the total amount subscribed for is lower than SEK 20,000,000, Danske Bank reserves the right to cancel the issue.

The notes are issued under Danske Bank’s EUR 5,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme dated 21 June 2013. The notes will be issued on 9 April 2014 and will be registered with Euroclear Sweden AB. Danske Bank will file an application for the notes to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S from 9 April 2014.
