Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March
14, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.45% (this corresponds to 2896567
Voting Rights). 5.45% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2896567 Voting
Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2, WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following

threshold of the Voting Rights on March 14, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 5.20% (this corresponds to 2765967 Voting Rights). 5.2% of Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 2765967 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company
in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG (German
